We welcome trained assistance dogs (also referred to as service dogs, guide or hearing dogs) into our venue who help people deal with the effects of their disability, for example, visual impairments, epilepsy, diabetes, mobility limitations. If you’d like to bring your assistance dog into the auditorium, please let us know before you book your ticket so we can advise the most appropriate seating/viewing area.
Please note, only appropriately trained assistance dogs are allowed in to the venue.
For those with registered working dogs, a member of staff can be arranged to dog-sit for you for the duration of the performance if required. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if this is required.
Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted into any of our spaces.
