Cambridge Junction is a cashless venue.
From 01 April 2023 Cambridge Junction will only accept card/contactless payments at our box office, bar and cloakroom.
As a charity, cashless payments help us save money on banking fees and costs associated with handling cash. This means more of the money you spend with us goes towards our charitable work with young people and communities.

Charging a booking fee helps us to cover the costs associated with running a Box Office – including card charges, staffing, software, and building overheads. Cambridge Junction booking charges (for events announced from April 2022) are as follows;
- £2.50 (per ticket) for face values up to £14.99
- £3.00 (per ticket) for face values £15 – £19.99
- £3.50 (per ticket) for face values £20 – £24.99
- £4.00 (per ticket) for face values £25 – £29.99
- £4.50 (per ticket) for face values above £30.00
Please note that we advertise ticket prices inclusive of booking fees.
E-tickets – Are available for free and are sent via email at the time of purchase as a PDF attachment.
If you haven’t recieved them please either:
- Log into your account via our website and select the “e-tickets” tab. From there you can download your e-tickets.
- Check the spam folder of the email account you used to purchase the tickets or the ‘other’ inbox if gmail.
- Contact us on 01223 511 511 or [email protected] to resend the tickets. If you wish to change the email on the tickets you may need to confirm some details with us.
Postage – Is available for most events and will be charged at £3 per order (ie per envelope and not per ticket). We send all post 1st class but please allow up to 10 working days for any tickets to arrive. Please also be aware that Royal Mail strikes and the Xmas busy period may affect this.
Collection at Box Office – is available with a cover charge of £1 per order. Tickets can be collected from the Box Office during normal opening hours or on the evening of the performance.
You can buy gift vouchers for any amount and even email your voucher straight to your family and friends.

Other concessions and discounts may be available for selected events, such as group bookings, in these cases further information will be displayed on the event listing. Please note that ‘Pay What You Feel’ tickets are intended to be purchased by individuals and may not be available to group bookings. You are all welcome…

If you require the full-time support of an assistant or companion, they will be eligible for a free ticket. We regret that complimentary tickets are not available online so you will need to email [email protected]
Please check listings for age recommendations for individual shows. You can find this information in the event info tab.
Generally, children under 12 months old do not require a ticket unless, they require a seat, or the show is specifically made for babies. If you are unsure, please check with the box office at [email protected]
Refunds and Account Credit
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed and you are unable to attend on the re-scheduled date.
Tickets may be returned to re-sell at the management’s discretion, if an event has sold out. In this case, we can credit the value of the tickets (not including any booking fees) to the customer’s Cambridge Junction account, so that the money can be redeemed against any future purchases.
Any credit on your account can be used online, over the phone, or in person at the box office. Credit will expire if unused after two years.
Sold-Out Events and Returns
If an event has sold out, please check with the box office to see if there have been any returns, and enquire about being added to the waiting list. Although we do keep a waiting list for sold-out events, there is no guarantee that tickets will become available. The only way to guarantee your ticket is to book it in advance.
If you have any questions or queries about booking tickets please contact the box office by email [email protected]
