Cambridge Junction is a cashless venue.
From 01 April 2023 Cambridge Junction will only accept card/contactless payments at our box office, bar and cloakroom.
As a charity, cashless payments help us save money on banking fees and costs associated with handling cash. This means more of the money you spend with us goes towards our charitable work with young people and communities.

Please check listings for age recommendations for individual shows. You can find this information in the event info tab.
Generally, children under 12 months old do not require a ticket unless, they require a seat, or the show is specifically made for babies. If you are unsure, please check with the box office at [email protected]
Refunds and Account Credit
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed and you are unable to attend on the re-scheduled date.
Tickets may be returned to re-sell at the management’s discretion, if an event has sold out. In this case, we can credit the value of the tickets (not including any booking fees) to the customer’s Cambridge Junction account, so that the money can be redeemed against any future purchases.
Any credit on your account can be used online, over the phone, or in person at the box office. Credit will expire if unused after two years.
Sold-Out Events and Returns
If an event has sold out, please check with the box office to see if there have been any returns, and enquire about being added to the waiting list. Although we do keep a waiting list for sold-out events, there is no guarantee that tickets will become available. The only way to guarantee your ticket is to book it in advance.
If you have any questions or queries about booking tickets please contact the box office by email [email protected]
