Seating in J1
J1 is primarily a standing-only venue. Please check the event website page or contact our Box Office if you are unsure if the event is standing or seated. If the event is seated, seating is unreserved unless you have access requirements. Please let us know in advance if you require wheelchair access/a seat near an exit/a seat near a toilet etc. We are happy to reserve you a space in advance to accommodate you and your companions.
If you require seating for a standing event in J1, we do have a limited number of stools which must be places against the walls along the back of the venue. These can be reserved by selecting “Seating for standing event” during the online booking process, or by contacting box office. For health and safety purposes, we are unable to allow customers to bring their own seating to any events.

Seating in J2
Seating in the J2 auditorium is predominantly unreserved (unless otherwise stated). The seats are cushioned benches with no armrests. We have designated wheelchair spaces at the front of the auditorium and on the balcony (with lift access). Please do let us know in advance if you require additional space, or are a wheelchair user so we can ensure you and your companions are sat together.
We also have standing events in J2. In this layout, the orange seats will be replaced by a flat floor, but the green seats will remain in place, and can be reserved online by selecting “seating for standing event” as you would for a J1 event, or by contacting the box office.

Standing Events
Due to the nature of the venue, we are unable to provide a raised platform for wheelchair users. We do however reserve a space at the front (house left) for wheelchair users and their companions. If you arrive when doors open, you will gain access to the event space early and one of our stewards will escort you to the designated area. In our J2 venue there are additional wheelchair user spaces available on the upper balcony. Please do let us know your access requirements at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
