How to Book

Online:
Tickets to all of our events can be booked online. Tickets booked online can be collected at any time during Box Office opening hours Mon - Sat, 10am - 6pm (or evenings when an event is taking place), or can be posted out if booked more than a week in advance.

By Telephone:
Please call the Box Office on 01223 511 511 during the hours above.

In person:
Visit the Box Office in J2 Mon - Sat (10am - 6pm) or at the J1/J2 Box Office on evenings when an event is taking place.

Booking Fees
Charging a booking fee helps us to cover the costs associated with running a Box Office - including card charges, staffing, software, and building overheads. Cambridge Junction booking charges (for events announced from April 2016) are as follows;

  • £1.00 (per ticket) for face values up to £9.99
  • £1.50 (per ticket) for face values £10.00 - £14.99
  • £2.00 (per ticket) for face values £15.00 - £19.99
  • £2.50 (per ticket) for face values above £20.00

Postage
Postage will be charged at £1.50 per postal order (ie per envelope and not per ticket). You are still able to collect yout tickets from the Box Office during normal opening hours or on the evening of the performance.

Gift Vouchers

Discounts and Concessions
Concession price tickets are generally available to over 65s, students, and under 16s. Other concessions and discounts may be available for selected events, such as group bookings, in these cases further information will be displayed on the event listing.

Companion Ticket
If you require the full-time support of an assistant or companion, they will be eligible for a free ticket. Please ensure that you make this clear at the time of booking, as spaces for seated events may be limited. We regret that complimentary tickets are not available online so you will need to call the box office on 01223 511511 or email tickets@junction.co.uk

Refunds and Account Credit
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed.

Tickets may be returned to re-sell at the management's discretion, if an event has sold out. In this case, we can credit the value of the tickets (not including any booking fees) to the customer's Cambridge Junction account, so that the money can be redeemed against any future purchases.

Any credit on your account can be used online, over the phone, or in person at the box office. Credit will expire if unused after two years.

Sold-Out Events and Returns
If an event has sold out, please check with the box office to see if there have been any returns, and enquire about being added to the waiting list. Although we do keep a waiting list for sold-out events, there is no guarantee that tickets will become available. The only way to guarantee your ticket is to book it in advance.
