Cambridge Pentacle Magic Club: The Magic of Discovery

Date:Sun 17 Mar
Time:2pm & 6pm
Venue:J2
Price:£10

To celebrate its centenary the Cambridge Pentacle Magic Club has teamed up with the University of Cambridge Science Festival to present a magical journey through scientific discovery.

It was Arthur C Clarke who said that any advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. In our show we hope to show you that magic is out there as we break the known laws of science in a mind bending adventure through the amazing discoveries that have been made here at the University of Cambridge. There will be prizes to be won and fun to be had as the members of the club bamboozle you with routines inspired by our local university. The fun isn't just on stage, during the interval you'll be able to see close up magic from members of the club most of whom are also members of the world famous Magic Circle and interact with our green screen for some memorable photos.

So join our club president and local entertainer Jezo and the other members of the club for a magical tour de force on the Cambridge Junction's largest stage!
