Theatre Summer School: Make Show

Date:Mon 12 - Sat 17 Aug
Time:10am - 6pm
Venue:J3
Price:£100

Learn how to devise, write, direct and perform.

East based theatre makers Drew Taylor and Hannah Jane Walker, will be hosting and running a summer school for 20 young people between the age of 14-19 at Cambridge Junction.

The summer school will see Drew and Hannah take the group through the process of devising an hour long piece of theatre. The devising will be generated out of an area of enquiry, such as 'are we political?' or 'who gets heard'. This enquiry, chosen by the group, will give rise to material, which is then refined, directed and staged into a show which takes place at the close of the process in Cambridge Junction's J3 studio space.
