__________________________________________________

Gengahr  - you may have already seen Gengahr at Cambridge Junction as they have supported both Jungle and Dry the River. Gengahr create effortlessly smooth and melodic indie-rock that journeys along a laidback sun-kissed path with a sound that could easily stem from influences drawn from icons such as The Smiths and Modest Mouse, to the more recently revered Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Youth Lagoon

Chappaqua Wrestling - Chappaqua Wrestling is the lovechild of two best friends Charlie Woods and Jake Mac, who have been writing together since the age of 14. Originally from Brighton, they currently live in Manchester. The two draw their key influences from Steely Dan, Beach Boys, Teenage Fanclub, and try to practise "sweet-americana music with an electronic swooning twist."

Lemondaze - Drawing inspiration from bands such as Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine and Wolf Alice, Lemondaze are the female co-fronted, 8 legged love child of shoegaze and post-punk from Cambridge. Their dreamy sound results in a wall of fuzzy, swirling guitars, hammering drums and thundering bass lines. Through the course of 2018 they supported Gengahr, Hinds, Bloody Knees and Amber Arcades and have even gained recommendations from Wolf Alice and Piroshka. They will be releasing their long awaited debut EP in 2019

Butterfly –  Another return to Cambridge Junction fresh from supporting Nick Heyward on his solo acoustic UK tour.

Among the Citizens - Among the Citizens are a 4 piece indie band who recently completed their successful debut UK tour, and have supported bands such as Eliza and The Bear, The Scruff, and Redfaces.

Staycations – Cambridge Junction FIVER favourites -  ‘This band have a talent for writing soft indie dance anthems in the ilk of Foals and Bloc Party, and it really works. Combined with the tortured and evocative vocals of Lewis Hall, lead vocalist, they’ve got a unique sound that provides a melancholy alternative to the jagged indie sounds of their predecessors.’ – SLATE THE DISCO
