Funded Ticket Scheme

Cambridge Junction is very proud of its funded ticket scheme

Our funded ticket scheme welcomes 100s of people into the venue each year, including young carers, refugee families, children in care, young people with disabilities and children who are entitled to Pupil Premium.

With your support we can welcome people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend, and through this we often offer someone their first live experience of the performing arts.

We work in partnership with local charities, education and community organisations to ensure our invitations reach far and wide. In previous years we have welcomed groups from, amongst others, Centre 33, Queen Edith’s Food Hub, Red Hen, Refugee Resettlement and SEN schools.

This year with your help we would like to invite even more people to join us for an energising festive celebration, at a time when it perhaps feels like it has never been more needed.

Just £15 buys a child a theatre trip and also an ice cream!

If you would like to discuss supporting specifically targeted invitations to charities or groups or to also offer help with transport costs please contact [email protected]

If you know someone, a group or community that would benefit from our funded ticket scheme please contact [email protected].uk for more information.

A Theatre Trip for a Young Person

Funded tickets support children who wouldn’t otherwise experience the magic of theatre, including children with cancer, children hospitalised for mental health complications, young disabled people, young carers, young refugees and more. Just £15 buys a child a theatre trip and an ice cream. Please consider making a donation and giving a young person the opportunity to experience live performance.
