Come and learn bellydancing or improve on your current styling with expert tutoring and choreography from Cambridge Bellydance.

Louise is a belly dance instructor and performer based in Cambridge. She performs at parties and events and teaches Egyptian style belly dance classes and workshops for all levels. She has made numerous appearances on stage at UK belly dance festivals and has also performed with Guy Schalom and the Baladi Blues Ensemble.

She is passionate about Middle Eastern dance and continues to study with top instructors to keep her training up to date.  Louise also makes regular visits to Egypt to learn more about Egyptian culture and music, and find inspiration for her dance. 
Louise is a patient and supportive teacher and she is very excited to be bringing belly dance to this years Ahbab Festival!
 
About the workshop:
In this workshop, Louise will give you an introduction to belly dance and teach you some key movements and isolations - she is sure to have your hips shaking and in no time! 
You should wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely, bring a scarf to tie around your hips if you have one! 
The workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities, and no previous dance experience is needed
Bare tummies are not essential!

A 'Family Day Pass' (£10) can be bought for a group of 4 (max. 2 adults) and will give you access to all Ahbab Festival family events on the Saturday.
