How to book

By post:
Cambridge Junction Box Office, Clifton Way, Cambridge, CB1 7GX
Simply write to the address above with the following information:
1. Your name, address, postcode and telephone number
2. The event and number of tickets required
3. Any discount details
4. Payments can be made by cheque, payable to Junction CDC Ltd
 
Please do not send SAEs. Tickets can only be posted if you book more than a week in advance (please add £1.00, tickets are sent by 1st class post). Alternatively, they can be picked up on the night.
 
Online:
Online bookings incur a booking fee of £1 per ticket. Tickets booked online can be collected at any time during Box Office opening hours. The cardholder is required to present the card they booked on and must sign the card receipt before tickets will be issued.
 
By telephone:
Please call the Box Office on 01223 511 511 between 1pm - 6pm, Monday to Saturday.  Telephone bookings incur a booking fee of £1.00 per ticket. 
 
In person:
Visit the Box Office in J2 during the times listed below.  Bookings made in person for events taking place at Cambridge Junction are not subject to transaction or booking fees.
 

 
Booking Fees
 
For events taking place at Cambridge Junction:
A booking fee of £1 per ticket is charged for telephone and online bookings. Bookings made in person are not subject to booking fees.
 

 
Box Office Opening Times
 
Daytimes: Mon-Sat 1pm-6pm
Live music events: 7pm-9pm
Comedy events: 7pm-9pm (shows start at 8pm)
Theatre & Dance events: 6.30pm-7.30pm (unless otherwise advertised)
Club nights: From the door opening time until 2am
 
The main Box Office can be found in J2. You can buy tickets at the door for events in J1 if tickets are still available.
 

 
Discounts & Concessions
A concessionary price is available for most events (excluding some clubs and live music). Concessions are usually available to senior citizens, full-time students, children under 16 and those in receipt of one or more of the following: Job Seeker’s Allowance (income-based only), Housing Benefit or those who hold a current NHS Prescription Exemption
Card. A copy of the concessionary policy is available from the Box Office on 01223 511 511.
 
Group booking discounts are available on selected events for groups of 10 or more people, please email or ring the Box Office on 01223 511 511.

 
Refunds
Tickets are unable to be refunded unless the performance in question is postponed or cancelled. Please note that transaction and postage fees cannot be refunded. Cambridge Junction will not refund or reprint tickets that have been lost in the post, as the responsibility lies with Royal Mail. Customers who have not received their tickets in the post may contact the Box Office to discuss the matter further.
 
Please note once tickets have been purchased Cambridge Junction cannot resell them on behalf of the customer nor do we keep waiting lists or pass customer details onto other customers. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to resell any unwanted tickets at the face value.

 
T&Cs
The management reserves the right of admission and the right to alter the programme details without prior notice.
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed.
Transaction fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Strict age restrictions apply to some events. Please check with the Box Office in advance.
Patrons may be searched upon entry.
Latecomers may not be admitted.
There will be no re-admission.
Lost tickets cannot be re-issued.
Cambridge Junction accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
No food/alcohol/drinks bottles/cans/controlled substances to be brought into the venue.
No recording equipment - including cameras - may be brought into the venue without prior consent.
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves as part of the audience.
If booking online or by phone using a credit card, please note that the card holder is required to present the card they booked on and must sign the card receipt at the time of collection.
