Opening hours are Mon - Sat 12pm - 6pm (also open until 10pm on performance nights)
The main box office can be found in the new theatre (The Shed) next to the cafe bar. It is still possible to buy tickets over the Junction 1 counter on the night where the event is not sold out in advance.

Our tickets are easily purchased through the secure Junction website. A transaction fee is charged. The fee (as at November 2006) is £1.00 per transaction. Please note that the transaction fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tickets booked on-line can be collected at any time during Box Office opening hours. The cardholder is required to present the card they booked on and must sign the card receipt before tickets will be issued.

Simply write to the address above with the following information:
1. Your name, address, postcode and telephone number.
2. The event and number of tickets required.
3. Any discount details.
4. Payment: either a cheque made payable to Junction CDC Ltd or credit
card number and valid (from and to) dates, plus issue number if paying
by Maestro.
Please do not send SAEs. Tickets can only be posted if you book more
than a week in advance (please add £1.30 as tickets are sent by 1st class recorded post). Otherwise they can be picked
up on the night.

The Discount Price (shown in brackets
where offered) is available to Income Support, Job Seekers Allowance
and Family Credit claimants, disabled people and a companion, senior
citizens and students. Please bring proof of status with you.
In the case of children's events and workshops, the discount price in brackets is only available to unwaged parents and their children.
On standard drama events all children under 16 are entitled to the concessionary rate although parents are asked to consider the age suitability guideline before booking.
Group Discount
Book 10 tickets at once for a show and only pay for 9. Offered on
most theatre, dance and comedy shows. Subject to availability.

The Junction regrets that it is unable to refund tickets unless the performance in question is postponed or cancelled. Please note that in this instance, transaction fees and postage fees can not be refunded.
