General Information
J1 is a standing only venue. Customers with access needs or those who have difficulty standing for long periods should inform the Box Office in advance of the event. The Duty Manager of the event will do everything possible to ensure a comfortable viewing position is provided. It is not guaranteed that a seated position will give a reasonable view of the performance in J1. In the interests of Health and Safety, it is not possible to place freestanding stools or seats at the front of the auditorium.
If you need a carer or friend to accompany you on your visit, they’ll be admitted free to any event where discounted tickets are available (usually theatre / dance / children’s events). However, it is vital that this is made clear at the time of booking, as seating may be limited.
Dedicated disabled parking spaces operated by NCP Car Parks are situated in front of J2 and in the multi-storey car park off Clifton Way.
For those with working dogs, a member of staff can be arranged to dog-sit for you for the duration of the performance, but please call in advance if this is required.
